Accurately evaluate the effectiveness of your Leadership through a 360° feedback perspective. For your 360° Leadership Assessment, the Leadership Circle Profile™ will be utilized.  

You’ll receive your results in graphical form, highlighting your creative competencies and reactive tendencies. 

Integrating psychometric tools into your process represents a lever for deepening your self-knowledge. Explore your strengths and challenges, defining your natural leadership style. 

This experience empowers you to enhance self-understanding, strengthening your ability to influence, facilitate communications, and target your next leadership development steps. 

Shadowing involves acting as an external observer, either during a meeting or throughout an entire day. This immersion allows me to observe closely your leadership style and your dynamic with your team in action.  

It provides access to valuable insights and continuous feedback, while also enabling the testing of new approaches to foster growth in your journey and achieve your goals. 

In order to provide comprehensive support to the coached leader, we incorporate Tripartite Meetings, bringing together the coachee, their manager and the coach.  

These meetings offer an opportunity for the organization to actively engage in the leadership development of their leader.  

Group Facilitation and Team Workshops, such as Co-Development Workshops, Support Circles, and Communities of Practice for management groups or teams.  

These sessions allow you to leverage collective intelligence, establish common foundations, and benefit from each participant’s experiences in a psychologically safe environment The goal of these meetings is to build strong trust, enhance communication, and stimulate the creation of innovative ideas.

As a coach, my role is not to do the work for you or provide all the answers you seek. In fact, I don’t really have any answers. What I do bring is an insatiable curiosity for exploration and an abundance of questions. My responsibility is to create a safe space and support you in a structured transformation process, enabling you to uncover your own solutions.
